Exchange & Return Policy

At She Sole, we understand that selecting the right shoe size online can sometimes be difficult. To make the exchange process easier and more convenient for our customers, we offer multiple options for exchanging your footwear size. Please choose the option that is most convenient for you from the following:

a) Open the Parcel Before Payment

You can open the parcel before making the payment and check the footwear at your doorstep. If the size you received is not suitable for you, you can return the shoes directly to our rider at your doorstep without keeping the pair. Simply inform us about the required size, and we will arrange to send you the other size accordingly. This option allows you to check the size before completing your payment.

b) Send the Shoes to Our Address

If you have already received the parcel and later find that you require a different size, you can send the shoes back to our provided address. Once the shoes are received at our address, we will process the exchange and dispatch your required size to you. Please make sure the shoes are kept in their original condition when sending them back.

c) Return the Shoes to Our Courier

You can also choose to return the shoes to our courier when he comes with your other size. In this case, your replacement size will be delivered to you, and you can hand over the previous pair to our courier at the same time. This provides a convenient way to complete the size exchange without arranging a separate return after receiving the replacement.

EXCHANGE / RETURN CHARGES

Please note that shoes return charges are Rs. 300. These charges apply when returning the shoes for a size exchange through the available exchange options. The required replacement size will be dispatched according to the selected exchange option once the necessary return process has been completed.
