Please note the following Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase with She Sole. We request all our customers to read and understand these terms before placing an order with us. These terms are intended to provide clear and complete information regarding our footwear size exchange policy, the condition in which footwear must be returned, the time period allowed for an exchange, and the conditions applicable to sale items. By placing an order with She Sole, customers are requested to keep these terms in mind when making their purchase.
a) Size Exchange Policy
She Sole will exchange the size of unworn and unmarked footwear in its original box within 7 days of purchase. Customers can request a size exchange within this specified period if the purchased size is not suitable or if they require another available size. The exchange option is provided specifically for footwear that remains in its original condition after purchase.
To be eligible for a size exchange, the footwear must remain completely unworn, unused, and unmarked and should be kept in the same condition as received. The shoes should not show any signs of wear, use, marks, or damage. The footwear must also be returned in its original box and packaging so that the exchange can be processed accordingly.
Customers are therefore requested to carefully check the size while keeping the footwear in its original condition. We recommend keeping the shoes safely packed in the original box and avoiding any use or marks until you are completely sure about the size. Footwear that has been worn, used, marked, or is not returned in its original box and packaging may not qualify for a size exchange. All size exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
b) Sale Items
Sale Items Are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable. Any footwear purchased under a sale, discount, special offer, or promotional price is considered a final purchase. Such sale items will not be eligible for a refund or size exchange, regardless of the reason for requesting a return or exchange.
Customers are therefore requested to carefully check and select their required size before placing an order for any sale item. Please make sure that the selected size is correct before completing your purchase, as sale items are subject to the non-refundable and non-exchangeable policy.
Once a sale item has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged under the size exchange policy. Customers are advised to carefully review the product and size details before confirming their order, especially when purchasing an item offered under a sale, discount, special offer, or promotional price.
